Dana Kobrin

I am currently working as Social Work Case Manager II at Chase Brexton Healthcare serving as a medical case manager for patients at Chase Brexton. My work experience includes working as a Supported Employment Specialist at Jewish Community Services serving as an employment case manager for individuals with disabilities and serving as an AmeriCorps VISTA at the Universities at Shady Grove, supporting undergraduate students with career programming, and helping them receive a bachelor's degree. I am a licensed social worker with experience in higher education, programming, case management,  financial social work and medical social work.
